Research and assessments on biodiversity and conservation should inform and shape the formulation of local government development plans such as the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Forest Land Use Plan to address threats to biodiversity, Dr. Archiebald Baltazar Malaki of Cebu Technological University (CTU)- Climate Change and Resilience Center Director, said this during the sixth episode of Klima Ug Kalikupan entitled “Ang Karon ug Ugma: Biodiversity sa Sugbo.”
